Cliff Edge’s host & chef, Peter Meier, is a passionate about food and loves wine. He puts great care into preparing the menu for his guests who enjoy a dining experience evident of his long term in the food and wine industry.
Peter ‘s cuisine has been featured in the Sydney Sunday Telegraph from 1983 through to 2001, for which Peter was the Food Columnist with a weekly column. Guests who stay at Cliff Edge regularly comment that this is the best place to eat in the Bay of Islands. It is truly an experience not to be missed!
