Cliff Edge Landing's serviced apartments are situated at Port Opua, Bay of Islands main harbour and marina - only 5 minutes from Paihia and 15 minutes from Russell.

With only two self contained apartments, Cliff Edge Landing provides a unique accommodation experience offering the warmth and comfort of a beautiful home, unobtrusive service, and unsurpassed magnificent panoramic sea views across to the Russell peninsular and out to the bay.

Sitting on top of a promontory above Veronica Channel, the apartments occupy the two lower levels of the multi-story cedar clad Cliff Edge complex.		 The décor throughout is light and airy, with warm earthy colours, lime washed panelling, wooden ceilings and comfortable high quality furnishings.

The large outdoor grounds and entertaining areas are for the exclusive use of apartment guests. Features include large wooden decks, a grassed area, gas barbeque, beach access, and being surrounded by a native bush reserve -  with no immediate neighbours - apartment guests are assured relative privacy.

Two Bedroom Luxury Apartment (pictured above)

Formerly the Cliff Edge owner's residence (approx. 140sq metres). Open-plan dining, lounge and state of the art kitchen opens on to a large balcony. Floor to ceiling windows, and sliding doors offer spectacular panoramic sea views.

The two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, feature king size beds. The private balcony of the second, slightly smaller, bedroom looks down to "Lemons beach" and out across to Waikare Inlet and Opua Harbour.

Situated at the lower level of the main building, the apartment occupies the width of the building (approx. 35sq metres). The lounge room - incorporating a kitchenette with gas cook top, convection/microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher - faces north with magnificent views across the bay towards Russell and Paihia.

The bedroom features a King bed, ensuite and private balcony with views down to the beach and Waikare Inlet.
